At NiftyGearHub, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Below you’ll find the details of our 30-day return and refund policy.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
👉 To start a return, email us at help@niftygearhub.com. We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label if your return is approved. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.
Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty, hygiene)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your current item, then place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union Customers
If your order ships into the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return, no questions asked.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process.
